Anyone done it? Say 15% for the ease of not mucking about with a new intercooler. Is it worth it? My mcs is ok but doesn't set the world on fire tbh.

Okey dokey. Presumably there is an implication on supercharger longevity if you make it spin faster? Also, does one need a different belt at 15% or does the spring tensioner take up the slack?

One last one, easy enough for a home spanners like me? I gather you need a puller to release the pulley wheel.

Sweet. Got the belt tool as it happens & quite happy to get in on that side of the lump through the arch. Time to go shopping I think.

Looking around, it seems the puller is pricey for a one off job. Does anyone rent them out?

Okey dokey, I fitted my 15% pulley this morning. Me likey, the car pulls like a train.

Slight confusion reigns though, I still have to change the plugs & my new NGK BKR7EQUP plugs have definitely got a 16mm diameter on them.

I don't have the right socket, so popped along to Halfords this morning to get one & they didn't have one. Am I right in thinking I will need a specialist thin walled 16mm socket to swap the plugs over or am I barking up the wrong tree?
