Agree.

My Cooper S was £27,500 in june ‘18. 7 months later I got it for £18k with 4700 on the clock. They seem to be basing their profits on second hand PCP, which is silly money. I took it just to get the car,, but then re-financed with a bank loan. I got a right bolluking off of the finance manager at the dealer.

Ive been spending a lot of time looking at Mini GP1 and GP2's ad both imo look better than this! Just look at the rear of a GP2!

Ignoring the price tag. You’d have to be blind to buy that anyway, I know the pre production cars were ridiculed for the look, but that surely can’t be the final version? Those stuck on arches look ridiculous. laugh

Jury is still out for me. Could be one of those cars that in 5 years becomes an Uber classic.

Need to see the driving reviews before I commit my deposit.

A little bit of me feels it might be slightly embarrassing popping to the supermarket in........

Wish MINI would just launch the thing, it feels like years since the concept.

I’ve just picked up a tidy 18 plate Cooper S on 5k for less than £15k. I’m not sure I could stretch to GP3 money even if I had it really. 40k!

Nah, it wouldn't be much good as a minicab, there's no back seats... getmecoat

Not a fan of the looks, love the GP1’s I’m currently one my second one, keep threatening to sell it but that supercharger noise really gets under your skin

So the "blades" are made from the same cheap plastic very easily marked trim bits! I thought at least they would be painted?

Is this a final spec?

I'm going to be £500 better off very soon...

Good God, it looks even worse than when in camo. That front flappy thing looks like someone has tried to pull it off. Even if they were colour coded it wouldn't look much better.

It is still staggering how this got signed off by management, surely someone should have vetoed it at some stage.

Even if I had won 170 million last night it would be off my list,
And this from an owner of all 3 generations,
Too ugly to use day to day, would like you were trying too hard on a track day

I think that because the base shape is so challenging to look at...it is very difficult to make it look purposeful when it is already a daft looking car for me(and I have a F56 3dr Cooper S).

The earlier generation GP's did look pretty good though.
