Countryman R60 Cruise control
Discussion
I have a 2015 Countryman Cooper D All4 (R60).
The cruise control has suddenly stopped working, just doesn’t come on. There had been no problems with it the last time it was used , but due to luck down and the fact the nearest motorway is 50 miles away, that was nearly a year ago.
Anyone had similar? Have I turned it off somewhere in the interminable menus?
If something has gone wrong, I’m guessing it won’t be a cheap fix, but I can live without it.

I had this issue, turned out to be a rear brake pad sensor. When we changed the pads we got the garage to do the service reset and it started working again.
Good way to check is if you take your key to mini, if the brake service is showing it stops the cruise.
If you've got an obd reader you can see via that.
Thanks, I have a front brake pad warning light despite 5mm left. Any idea if this affects cruise as well?Good way to check is if you take your key to mini, if the brake service is showing it stops the cruise.
