Upper Windscreen Trim.

On top of STILL running about with only one Xenon (HIDS4U sent the wrong replacements) now my upper windscreen rubber trim is flapping about.

I had a windscreen replaced last week due to excessive chipping, so what I want to confirm is:

Is the loose trim directly related to the windscreen being fitted wrongly?

It has been fine for about a week until breaking free today at 70mph scaring the st out of me.

I've been onto AutoWindscreens but I'd like more info.

Am still waiting for the rectification department to call me back. 3 promised return calls in so far.

I've removed the trim now as being taped down wasnt working. Still not heard back from rectification department and now have condensation/misting on windscreen.

Is this condensation related to the windscreen fit?
