How bad is the traffic into FoS these days?
Discussion
I've been to the Revival a couple of times, but only once to FoS on the Saturday in 2013.
I set off early, began following all the official signs directing me to Goodwood, but at 7:30am, I remember the horror of hitting the end of the stationary queue for Goodwood, and realising we were about 6-7 miles away!
I thought 'this is insane' and had a look at the map, turned off and took at completely direct route though Chicester, ignored about 10 'Road closed' signs, zipped though a load of country lanes and by some miracle came out right by the car park entrance.
While we parked and wandering around by 8:30, I was getting reports from other people that it was taking hours to drive the last few miles and get parked.
What's it like these days?
Thinking of going this year on the Saturday.
Thanks
