Thursday FOS?

I've been to all the other days but not a Thursday - what will I miss out on?

I usually like;

- road cars going up the hill
- rally stages
- burger and chips
- exhibitor stands (detailing etc)
- manufacturer stands

Sounds like all of that will be there?
