The OFFICIAL 'Put your name down for a' PH Jersey Thread

As is the way with all things PH cycle jersey related, it is necessary to start a new thread (after all, we can't have just 2 threads on this subject can we?). There is the original PH cycle jersey thread that has a great long list of interested punters, and the new Cycle jersey design thread that has now become a 'I want one thread', so in a vain attempt to help out the PH crew and einsign, I propose that this thread (for the time being) becomes only for putting your name down (and a few other details) and NOT FOR ANY DISCUSSIONS save that for the other threads.

So, for the following design of shirt, please put your name and details to the list below:
(I've added anyone I can identify from the other thread, if I've missed you sorry!). If you don't want to be included, please remove you name from the list and leave the number and a gap.

Gen 3 was when there were MTB options, I think, and was mainly white, but with quite nice yellow bits. I didn't partake that time, I don't know who made them.

But you seem to be missing Gen 2.1 - red (or was it yellow) from Owayo and Gen 2.2 - yellow (or was it red) from Owayo, both pictured above and not from Foska.

Those are all Gen 3 variants from owayo

Foska was the Gen 2 black white one

The black Gen 1 was also Foska

So 3 Gen 3's in all then (2 road and one MTB)
