Shoe well and truly stuck in clip?????
Discussion
Interesting and slightly terrifying halt to yesterday's ride
One shoe (the left) is well and truly stuck into the pedal clip. Will NOT come loose, just spins from left to right. Had to take my foot out of the shoe to actually get off the bike and shoe is still on it.
Any ideas on how to resolve this (spd) issue? Disassemble the pedal???

What brand pedal?
Im sure JesusBuiltMyCar had the same issue on here a few weeks back
Does the pedal have a tension bolt/adjustment? I would lower the tension right to minimum then get a big philipps in between cleat and pedal and twist/lever it out if possible
Spray some penetrating fluid in as well to loosen it/clean out any stuck mud grime
Eye protection as well , as when pedals break bits can really fly off at pace!
Many thanks. Will give that a go tonight.Im sure JesusBuiltMyCar had the same issue on here a few weeks back
