Unlikely given it takes most people the same time as it would to ride 60 or 70 on their own. Its also about the easiest route you could imagine considering it goes out through Surrey.
This is spot on, i'd say the three hills that are in this run are not the toughest in surrey by a long way.

I had the misfortune to do Whitedown & Coombe the other week , not ideal for a lardy like myself.

Collecting my pack on my way home from work this evening, work in London Bridge and live in Essex so the journey via Excel isn't too bad for me, still a bit of a ballache though! Had the same thing for the London Marathon last year. Hoping there might at least be some shiny bikes to look at there to make it worth the trip!

Weather for the weekend looks ok to me, I can't see any rain forecast?

My start times:

Start Area: Black
Wave: C
Wave Load opening time: 06:04
Wave Load closing time: 06:44
Start Time: 07:32

Slightly nervous at the moment, I did a 70 mile ride last weekend around Essex which is the longest ride I've ever done. Went fine and I felt I had more in me to keep going. Had my bike serviced this week so hoping chances of mechanical failures etc. are fairly low!

Hoping not having to faff around navigating etc. will help my average mph which will be completely at the other end of the scale to some of the above riders! Hoping to get round somewhere between 7-8 hours.

From anyone who's done it before, how busy do the food/drink places get? I plan on stuffing my pockets with shortbread and fruit/nut mix before setting off so should be fairly self-sufficient for most of the ride. Based on my ride from the weekend I'm guessing I'll need to piss at least 3 times and stop for food/drink min once probably twice, hoping to do that all as quickly as possible to keep stoppages down to a minimum.
Same time as me chap.
