My new (old) NSX

Come on, let's have some more information and photos!
Purchased this car from Torque GT in September this year.
The car had been imported from Japan in 2016 for a customer who was now looking to sell to help fund the purchase of an NSX-R that Torque GT were supplying.
The car is a 1991 Honda NSX NA1 manual gearbox, has full an extensive Japanese history (rare) and has covered 55k miles from new. It is completely standard and drives beautifully.
I wasnt actually looking to purchase an NSX but when Darren from Torque GT contacted me describing the cars condition and history I couldn't resist.
Plans so far are to have a full detail (in progress) and take it to the Le Mans Classic next year.

Easily one of my all time favourite cars, at any price.
That looks in amazing condition. How do you find the drive?
Only thing I’d change would be the wheels. I appreciate the originality, but they do look pretty dated, imo (I say that without wishing to offend!)
Really surprised by how modern it feels to drive, very refined, great build quality and the noise from the 3.0 V6 once past 5k rpm is fantastic. That looks in amazing condition. How do you find the drive?

The car is so original that I cant bring myself to make any changes.

Well done Beno66, a lovely example ... Look forward to seeing you at an NSX meet or maybe even the LM Classic ... And as you say, it's so rare to have a fully documented JDM that I'd agree with you and keep it stock, even to the point of replacing the front lip with a black unpainted version ... Hope you put plenty of miles on it, I've added almost 40k to mine and enjoyed every one of them ...
Booked my tickets and accommodation for the LM classic next year so would be great to meet up whilst over there.Gassing Station | Honda | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
