FN2 Revs 'Hanging'

Hi All,

Just picked up an FN2 Type R as a daily, as I was dying of boredom driving a Saab diesel to/from work. I've noticed that when changing at high revs the engine seems to 'hang' or even rev up for a second before dropping, which makes quick gearchanges a bit messy/unsatisfying.

Is this a feature of the car or a fault? My EP3 never did this, but obviously that was cable throttle rather then DBW and a few other differences I'm sure.

If this isn't normal, where do you think I should start looking? Throttle position sensor perhaps?

Sorry all, forgot to check back in with this thread! I've quite quickly adapted to it, and barely notice it now. Might be an excuse for a map at some point though, if I decide to start playing around with the car a little!
