It was for a book commissioned by Honda France - https://honda-typer-book.com/en/product/honda-type...
Got plenty of photos that day, and loads of other Honda events from over the years so may post a few more later

Can't beat a good ATR
i'm on my 3rd
first was a red S reg which had a few bolt ons but realised it had the wrong gearbox (prelude box)
second was a red V reg built by vtec direct to 280bhp with all the bells and whistles
i'm on my 3rd now which is oem+, silver and has some very nice upgrades including the rare red recaro interior
Any pics? i'm on my 3rd

I was thinking of getting my Recaro's re-trimmed in red like the 30th Anniversary/JDM CTR....Never been too sure about the faded-to-green looks but the seats themselves are amazing.

Great idea to get a bit more activity going in the Honda section. I'm a huge fan - of the 8 cars I've ever had, 4 have been Hondas!
My two below. (I must get some better photos of them soon!)
2014 Civic Tourer 1.6 i-DTEC SR. Absolutely love loading it up and going on a long journey with the bikes
2005 S2000 GT. This was day I picked it up just before backing it into my modest little garage (first house, best I could do!).
More info about both in my garage
P.S you may notice the tourer riding low at the rear. It was nowhere near it's 570ish kg load limit. If anyone knows how to prevent this I'd be all ears. New springs? It's only just ticked over 70000 miles.
Good man! I'm on 6 and counting including 1 EP3 Type R and 2 ATRs. Always wanted an S2000 but can't fit in them! My two below. (I must get some better photos of them soon!)

Low-rider could be because of the torsion beam set up? My Accord Tourer is still on the original springs at 225k....although you can feel it!

Remembering VTEC @ 3600 isn’t suddenly gonna give it a VTEC-yo kick @ 3600.
The mapping will now be smooth & progressive with no jump in power a la VTEC whatsoever
Pardon my ignorance in that case but if it's pulling in VTEC from 3600 to 8000 then it must be quicker than a relatively short 6k to 8k? The mapping will now be smooth & progressive with no jump in power a la VTEC whatsoever

The s2000 I shan't be mine for much longer as it is up for sale in the classfieds here... . Five years of joy with it. I know I'll never find another in lime for sale again too.
My old VFR800, miss this bike terribly and will have another soon when funds allow! V4 engine through the delkevic cans on VTEC... what a sound!
Lovely looking thing - is that the NEC Classic Car Show stand it's parked on? I'm sure I remember it from the show. Sorry you're letting it go My old VFR800, miss this bike terribly and will have another soon when funds allow! V4 engine through the delkevic cans on VTEC... what a sound!

How about this? You're jealous really. Doing 50mph in the middle lane near you so you've been warned.

The dc2 that I bought on a complete whim chosen by my daughter who was 4 at the time.
Got me into hondas which I’d never sold it but only a 4 seater and with 3 kids didn’t work.
I now know it had the rare black front seats
I kept the accord as long as I could as a second car but only did 400 miles in between mot’s so sold it as was just sitting on drive most of the time unused but when I did drive it was like putting on your favourite trainers so comfortable and a excellent family bus |https://thumbsnap.com/TKtDTHmR
How does the FK2 compare with these two beauties in your opinion? Got me into hondas which I’d never sold it but only a 4 seater and with 3 kids didn’t work.

"An Astonishing UK Honda Accord Type R with 11,897 Miles and Full Honda History - SOLD!"
Incredible. Sold in about 24 hours I believe but I have no idea what the price was.

It was up for £19k.
Crazy money tbh. Still I guess it can only bode well for residuals on my DC2.....
Whilst KGF cars are always tidy- I personally regard them as chancers with some of the cars they pedal as ‘classics’
I'd agree. Just because it's been looked after and has low mileage, doesn't mean it was ever a classic. Would anyone think a Ford Scorpio was a classic??! Whilst we all love a time warp car, they weren't designed to sit still for 20+ years and so will come with problems of their own. Crazy money tbh. Still I guess it can only bode well for residuals on my DC2.....

For a change of pace after all the S2000s and Type Rs on this thread, here’s my CR-V alongside my recently departed Z4.
And fully loaded, taking us on a recent trip to SW France.
Really fond of this car, had it for 5.5 years. It’s a “slow burn” kind of car that you only fully appreciate after several years of ownership. No plans to replace it, so long as it remains reliable and cheap to maintain.
I would agree, very practical cars and reasonably good steer for an SUV. And fully loaded, taking us on a recent trip to SW France.
