I put Ferodo DS2500's on for my ring trip. Plenty enough stopping power.

Only started to fade if I went out on a 3rd consecutive lap. Doing 2 lap stints they were fine.
what kind of disc's did you run them with?

hi jimmydee,
to decide what pads you need, you need to ask if you require a full track pad or a fast road pad. what kind of tyres have you got on the car? have you taken in to account what type of oil you should use for hard track work?

lets take it from the top, what are the details of your car?
From the top then shall we?
The Ring isn't the hardest on the brakes as i'm sure you might know, so maybe a fast road pad would be fine.

tyres-RE04/05 ,
oil Silkolene Pro s 5W-40.

what do you base your comments on the ring and how hard it is on the brakes on?

will you be using the car on the road before and after the ring trip for commuting/ love runs/ fashion buying/ general spice?

I base them on that i watched my mate play on GT4 once after 8 cans.

PS, The car will be used for all of the above!
