I've got a totally unmodified SEAT Ibiza 1.4, got 75bhp. I'd lighten the car as much as possible before I do a trackday, but I'm just wondering if it's basically too slow to be any fun? Bookatrack's day at Angelsey is what I'm looking at
I was more thinking that i'm going to spend the entire day getting out of peoples way and basically annoying all the caterhams and westfields etc by being really slow (by their standards) through the corners
Ok, thanks. You think Angelsey is a good circuit to start on? I've never done a trackday before (although i have driven on a track), and since im a poor student, it works out pretty well since the day is only £119
Might be postponing it now. Decided i want to sell the Ibiza and buy something more fun (205 GTi is looking good at the moment), so it might have to wait until next year. Thanks for the good advice tho
