For the first time ever at the grand old age of 34 I had a few days off work last week with a bad back. I returned on Friday and borrowed a colleagues kneeling chair and felt it was beneficial. I'm now looking to get myself one, as I hate just sitting in a chair all day, and feel something that keeps you in good posture and your core activated is a great idea.

With this in mind, I'm looking for recommendations on kneeling chairs, or other type of seating which I might find useful. Any suggestions welcomed.

If you are near London there is a good shop in Marylebone ‘Back In Action’ where you can try them all out
Worth doing a workplace assessment if you haven’t done one already, your employer should support this
Few hours away from London unfortunately, with no plans to visit. Had found their website however. Thanks.

I've used these for years

really good for fixing a back and giving your better posture.

If you are a business then I think you can claim it against tax so in effect, it's free to you as the user
Oddly i was just on this website....but how much?!
