Please can I check my holiday entitlement

I have a query about the amount of days holiday entitlement I have and would appreciate checking it with anyone knowledgeable in this area please
I started working for my employer 1st April 2019 – I am entitled to 27 days pro rata and 8 paid public/ bank holidays a year. I work 37.5 hrs a week over 4 days (compressed hours) Tuesday to Friday
As I started in April this means I am entitled to 7 days bank holidays for this year , but as I do not work on a Monday I do not automatically get the 4 of the bank holidays which fall on a Monday off
I have been told my entitlement is 162 hours – 36.5hrs (pro rata adjustment) leaving 125.5hrs annual leave for the year
Please can you advise if this correct? Would be greatly appreciated

Info from my contract:
"you will be entitled to accrue the following number of days (pro rata if part time) as paid annual leave entitlement for each complete annual leave year
on appointment 202.5 (27 days pro rata)
After 5 years continuous service : 225 hours (30 days pro rata)
In addition you are also entitled to 8 days paid leave for public / BH per year.
Annual leave is accrued on a monthly basis, and new employees starting part way through the leave year are entitled to annual leave and BH leave on a pro rata basis .
The leave year is 1st January to 31st December each year "

I will ask for calculation but not sure will go down very well....

I haven't been able to speak with HR yet re their calculation, but Parabolica would you be able to provide the calc for how you got to 152 hours for this year please? as when I highlight this is what I believe to be the correct figure they will ask me how I calculated it!

Thanks for your response, but really confused now! I have agreed to work 4 days a week compressed hours and just decided the weekday I would not work would be Monday.
Am I correct in thinking you are saying if my colleague worked Monday to Thursday they would be entitled to 30 hrs extra paid annual leave (4 BH fall on Monday) to me, and I am not entitled to the same time in lieu?
