First class engineering degree whatever that's worth - salaried (?) sweet f*ck all at the moment. Contract rate was (just about) acceptable but reforms knocked the good times on the head, soo...

Not saying it can't be done, but off the top of my head I can't think of any. Most of the people I know who earn anything near that sort of money have spent years building up a reputation in a select sector.

Grand a day, very funny. Whilst I'm sure it's achievable if you have your own business(es) and work very hard at it I'm not sure that's what your after. It's never going to be instant either. Just keep buying those Euromillions tickets, you never know

it's nowhere nearly a grand a day for a start. Anything in IT is only lucrative for a while and then you need to totally transform yourself.
