E92 M3 prices

I've been waiting for E92 M3 prices to drop to around £15k - is it just me or are prices on the rise again?

If you can live with an early 57/08 plate with upto 60k miles there are a handful....

If you want a 09 plate or newer, or an AUC from a main dealer then yes £18-20K wont cut it your right, however I'm presuming the OP doesn't want to spend upwards of £25K otherwise there is plenty of choice. Prices are still rising though.

What did they go down to at the lower end? I know it's a bit of a loaded question but I'm just trying to sort out the man maths: what might prices do in the near future?
