Winter wheels/tyres for M4 Comp pack
Discussion
Hi Everyone, a former casual observer now needs help. I apologise if this is a recurring theme but can't really find anything that answers my questions.
I am lucky enough to be picking up a new M4 comp pack in the next few weeks. I always get winter tyres for previous cars 328i, 335d, 435i but the M is on 20" alloys which for obvious reasons I would like to preserve.
I have already got a spare set of 19" wheels (442M's) from the 435 so my first question is would these fit on the M? I don't think the offset is the same but don't know if, with spacers, this could be remedied.
Assuming this is a no go what's the advice of the wheel/tyre combination without a)costing a bomb, b) keeping me alive if the weather does turn, c)not looking stupid on the car. Any suggestions of suppliers would be most appreciated as well. Sorry its a bit of a saga I'll try and keep it short in future.
