Discount on new M5

What sort of discount is available of the new M5 ?

I saw one pre reg with 10 miles at 80K as opposed to 101K from a dealer on here - wondered if new was silly or a pre reg a good idea.

Anyone got experience of buying one of these recently ?

Thanks for all the replies. If I get one it would be for min 4 years so depreciation not as bad the longer it's kept.
