car is up and running just need to sort clocks and sport mode switch bleed brakes and fit m3 air con fan, diff fits fine in the m3 carrier should all be finished on tuesday, the only problem we have come across is my csl brakes wont fit in the mvs so have at to sort some standard m3 discs and callipers, looks like a factory conversion already had people want to buy it be nice to have 2 sleepers , my ls1 powered lexus is200 549 bhp and now my touring, will post pics s soon as possible

well guys m3 touring is at last finished and im driving it,why oh why did bmw not build one of these they would of sold in thousands,my answer to the rs4 with economy, came across a few minor problems but all sorted now and everything works, fitted the clocks and the sport button now also.I didnt want to cut the boot floor out to except the m3 exhaust so top gear in west brom made a rear section to fit onto the m3 exhaust, this car drives as its just come out of the factory, the engine still feels tight but it has only covered 745 miles from new so this was to be expected suspension feels tight and very positive, brakes are awsome i have built a few different cars now and this is by far the most complete, just looking for 2 more front csl rims now to finish the package.

must say i should have done this along time ago

i bought all csl running gear complete ,engine box axels suspension brakes clocks and all inportant ecu,ews and keys from a very famous f1 drivers mistake the car owes me 10 grand at the moment but have been offered more there is a big gap in the market for these and a piece of cake to do this conversion took 3 full days, hardest part is clock wiring and sport button this conversion is made easier if your car has electronic throttle pedal will post pics soon

thanks wayne

Now that's a proper sleeper!

Did you not have any problems fitting the diff at all then? IIRC OSC had to cut out the spare wheel well on the car above.
used the complete rear subframe with diff you only have to modify the wheel well if you use a m3 exhaust

Does this perform similarly too the actual M3?
i had an e46 m3 previous to the 330 this is a csl engine and has slightly more horses and dont seam any slower infact i think the diff ratio is lower as it accelerates quicker and i have seen over 160mph in it
