Mazda - hear our plea for a 210Bhp MX5!!!

Dear Mazda - Caterham get a rorty, spitting 210Bhp out of the Duratec engine (Caterham R400), so why not stick the same engine upgrades in an MX5!?

All the current MX5 is lacking from a petrolhead's perspective, is some more fire in it's belly. Not too much, not too little, 210Bhp would be perfect I reckon. Keep the current Sport tech chassis set up, give it a rortier exhaust system and the 210Bhp Duratec motor - result - a Porsche Cayman baiter!

So Mazda, please - make it happen! It would be a great send off to the current generation.

Well start us off on a positive note! If enough of us petition for it, perhaps they will (I live in hope) It'd be a great competitor to the forthcoming Toyota FT-86 - and lower weight too. So c'mon peeps - back the bid!
