Help!! can anyone recommend a body shop?

Someone has scratched my beloved MX in the car park and shes needs touching up! I'd get a touch up pen but it will look worse than it does now! lol Plus the paint work has gold glittery flecks in it.

Also someone has robbed my.....erm...screw covers/little knob things??? that go over the screws below the window wiper arms - does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about?! If you do, where can I get some new ones from please?
