maintaining a polished bracelet

Afternoon all.

I recently bought a breitling chronomat that has a highly polished bi-metal bracelet.

I use it as a daily wear and its bloody hard to keep clean with the polished metal picking and showing up grease and blemishes really easily.

Are there any tips or techniques for a quick and regular clean that will keep it looking its best?
