What watch for £2500?

Hi,
I'm a watch newbie and looking to spend roughly £2500 or under. It will be worn day-to-day at work, and on the weekends. I've bought watches in the past with quartz movement e.g. the Odd Casio and Armani but I am looking to spend more money on an automatic watch from a respectable brand, something which won't plummet in value. New or second hand it doesn't bother me, as long as it's decent nick. I don't like metal bracelets and would prefer rubber or leather
Now onto watch design, I know Rolex are out of my price range, and although I can appreciate the classic design, it's not something which appeals to me. I want something which looks a bit more modern, and have spotted these preowned Tudor Grantours below which I like the look of, on Watchfinder:
Is Tudor a good brand? The second watch is less than a year old, and it's up for £2525 (it retails at £3200). Am I just going to lose my money if I buy something like this?
Are there are other watches which look similar to these? Over to you lads
