Who isn't commited to that? I've had Elon customise my Falcon Heavy for a more accomodating journey. Or at least to allow me to accomodate more, shall we say, guests. Naturally I've also had to have Champagne Cattier adapt production of their Armand de Brignac toward an effervescence more suitable for low gravity. Anyone know who on Saville Row makes the finest space suits?
WTF!!! Lol

Seems a bit crass to me. Not my cup of tea. I've had several invites to doo's from an AD I've bought from, but just ignore them. Who in their right mind would want to mix with a lot of boring watch leeches, sucking up to their hosts. Time would be better spent trawling eBay for old Boctoks.
WOW! To be honest I'm glad you don't go! All I asked was if anyone on here was going to a nice evening put on by Rolex as a thank you to some of there customers who buy from them. You say I'm a watch leech but you are on a watch forum commenting on watches! Without getting into a slagging match I think I would rather be getting pissed and fed than sitting at home trawling eBay for old crap.

Buy a load of stuff you don't really want to become a preferred customer, spend hours in store demonstrating knowledge of the brand; you know basically all the normal stuff you do just to be selected & offered the chance to purchase a SS sports watch.
Oooooow someone sounds a bit bitter, whats the matter cant get hold of the watch you want?? What is it with some of you lot on here? Firstly i have not bought anything i didnt want. I dont really know much about Rolex as i have a life so dont spend hours in the shop talking about them! And to be honest the reason most dont get on any list is because they normaly have no personality and have nothing better to do than moan about they cant get on a list to buy the watch they really want,so they get bitter and angry. As i said before im not trying to get into a slagging match with everyone on here, but i just asked a honest question and most replies are sarcastic replies. WHY?? I think we all know why.

Most people on here are playing with you, you are biting, so they keep doing it.

A special dinner for Rolex's special customers, given other threads, is only ever going to lead to a piss take. That's the territory.

As I said you are probably a decent bloke, lighten up a bit, have a laugh about the silliness of the current Rolex market.
Fair point,i must admit i do like a bit of piss taking myself to be honest lol

Done that (albeit quite quickly), have a SS sports Rolex and another on the way. Would be nice to have the opportunity to turn the invitation down lol.
With the greatest respect i think to get asked to go to functions i think you would have to have bought a few more than two watches.
