Thought I would try a couple of different strap options on my SKX just for a change.

First was a mesh bracelet. I quite like the look though perhaps a bit blingy. Didn't find it particularly comfortable either as it dug into my wrist. Also not sure how it would cope with sandy sea water when swimming:

Next was the Cousins version of the Rubber B. It was comfortable and easy to fit (and vastly cheaper) but just felt a bit bulky and wasn't sure about the colour. More purple than blue. Thought it made the watch look like a toy:

So the Borealis went back on. Had this fitted for a while and is very comfortable. I like the colour and the holes will help the skin to breath when I'm lounging on the beach!

Before anyone mentions nato straps, I'm not keen on them for heavier automatics. The strap holes elongate quickly and are more suited to lighter quartz watches. IMHO of course.
Nothing groundbreaking here. Just thought I would share my thoughts.

Looks like you’ve got them all done up way too tight.

I’m a big fan of the jubilee on a seiko diver.

I have just started playing around with straps myself, I’m keen to find a nice rubber strap for the Ocean 44 👍🏼
