Now that's a collection!
Lots to like in this list, it's all killer no filler smile

I agree with you on the 16600 Sea Dweller, and often think about grabbing one.

I particularly enjoyed the casual nature with which you labelled "the autavias"!!

Have you got a BLU1 coming?

Not done an SOTC for a while, so here's the current collection.

This is about my 4th G-Shock - finally got one that's not too big

My first Zenith, picked up last year & I love it

Reacquired this from the person who bought it off me 9 years previously

Took me a while to track one of these down in the right condition, for the right price

Probably the last watch I'd sell - The 16600 is just perfect

Quite a rare version of the FF. A much better size for me than the regular version, although 42mm would be even better.

I only have the PRS18 auto (on the left). The COSC Quartz version got almost no wear

Another requisition

This was a cheapy & has served me really well as my holiday watch including the epic motorcycle tour of Vietnam I did with my eldest son in 2018

I had a few of the re-edittion Turtles, but this one has stuck

I'd been without a Speedy Pro in the collection for several years before picking this mint condition one up

This was a slightly over-list replacement for one I (foolishly) sold a couple of years earlier

I've had this little gem for a while. The dial and hands are just beautiful.

I'm a big Sinn fan - had all these a few years now

Just about the last watch IWC made that I really like

The Autavia's

The perfect (for me) version of the Orfina PD chrono

I paid strong money for this at the time, but that's irrelevant now. It's a full collectors set including case back stickers & the original purchase receipt.

The only watch I've ever had made for me

A lovely un-restored 6309 - 7040

Three I keep for sentimental reasons

I've just sold a Seiko Samurai & have a blue dialled Sinn U1 on the way.

These days I try to keep to one in / one out, but deciding which to let go gets harder all the time.

I love that you weighed it for a forum member! This is the sort of thing I'd do. Disappointed we didn't get the weight to 1 decimal place though tongue out

Is the Casio Edifice a weighty watch?

I’m a fan of a Bucky watch and do like the look of said watch. If it’s got decent mass then I’ll probably pick one up.
Yep, just weighed it, 160gm the heaviest of all my watches I think, feels really nice on the wrist too

Casio Edifice Gunmetal EFR-563GY-1AVUDF - I got mine from Watch Shop for £100.80 in their new year sale, I think it's about £126 normally

Most of my collection: going to trim it down to focus on Seiko/Grand Seiko.
Lovely selection seadragon. I often think about how to focus, but tend to get one watch at a time, that meets my "needs".

GS and Seiko present so many amazing options. They're really clever (or accidentally successful) at keeping releases interesting and geographically different. I will have a Spring Drive at some point soon but am waiting to see whether the Four Seasons make their way over officially.

Where did you source your new Snowflake?

...I did get the GS boutique to throw in a steel bracelet for the 245, which I look forward to trying out...
Please upload a pic in due course, I would be interested to see that. I want this watch.
The bracelet is coming separately - maybe late summer. Will of course share photos when the watch arrives.

Found this pic on my phone from a few years ago when I had a few other watches in the collection, and a thing for niche Seiko

My old Delfin was great. I sold it because I happened to choose the Marinemaster more often in similar circumstances.

I have a long list of past watches. I may do a photo thread of ones I've sold along the way.

As I've got the camera out ….. part of my humble collection

The Blancpain 'no radiations' & Omega 'apollo13' for formal wear
The RJ 'pacman' & Hublot 'jeans' for casual wear,
All numbered limited editions thumbup
That's an awesome selection T6! Got a lot of bases covered in a very personal way. Love it.

I have an ice gold G Shock 35th for when only a G Shock will do, and its a proper guilty pleasure wearing it in inappropriate places. Boardroom: check. Interviewing: check. Other half's friends wedding: check!

I was about to take the P for using that yellow microfiber cloth to keep them cosy, but Doofus beat me with a funnier observation!

I do like the lurking in the background some of these watches have mastered. Is that a SDDS closest to the box? Is it an Alpinist in the far right? Is that the Wolf 15 slot box?

You've basically teased us with a proof of life photo tongue out

I like the cordura on my Seiko, but I do love a nato.
The fitted rubber looks great, is really secure and obviously looks like it was designed for the watch. Bit of a shame the clasp doesn't work with it, but the buckle and keepers are decent enough.

Doofus said:
I'm currently enjoying a sailcloth-alike strap on one of my divers. I find Natos and Zulus cheap-looking, oddly proportioned and insecure-feeling (yes I know they're arguably more secure than a regular strap)
