I honestly from looking at it can't tell the difference between the old and new daytona. I've been googling a bit for a side by side which is done with clever images to make them the same size/scale and then overlap to show differences in a kind of see through way but alas, nobody I can see has made such and I'm far too dumb/lazy to try. Anyway back to this topic ... new YM looks great, the rest are not on my radar. Daytona prices now gone up again ... RG Oysterflex now £27k ... from £25k which was £22k a few years earlier so has got me looking at other options for a RG watch
When you say Daytona prices gone up again are you referring to RRP or grey? Not so sure about grey, chancers on chrono will always try for it but watchcollecting shows sold price and haven't seen any sold since the announcement. Suspect sold price will not be overly different given the way the used market has collapsed over the last year.Anyway back to this topic ... new YM looks great, the rest are not on my radar. I have big wrists and it looked a bit small on me; persevered for a while but just didn't gell with it.

Huge grins definitely the order of the day, send a photo of yours when you collect tomorrow! I've still not rotated out of it to any of my others since Thursday so it's definitely a contender. If I could only keep 2 watches, this and the 321 would be the ones, only 1? You'd have to put a gun to my head and even then I'm still not sure I could choose between them.

It was your exact picture that convinced me when I was offered it last year; I was actually going to pass but after seeing that, I popped in, tried it on and that was that!

Beautiful! I've always been a diver and chrono guy at heart, plus when you couple that with my space geek obsession the 321 is hard to pass up.

We have been booked in for the 24th as that's when when the new release watches can be put on your request list.
As others have mentioned, the Celebration OP is expected to be in very short numbers and deemed as a 'celebration' of the colours which are anticipated to all be discontinued.
Have you had your BLNR off your wrist yet?!

Hah, took it off today and put on the g shock to do some gardening, I know it's a tool watch but not going to do stuff with it yet that'll bugger it up! Swapped back into it once done though of course XD.Turns out as its my Birthday in 4 weeks they thought this would be a nice early surprise, which was a really nice touch.

Yeah, 24th too, I'm considering putting myself down for a titanium ym. Ops aren't really my thing. Apparently wosg are moving existing Daytona list people to automatically be transferred to the new Daytona list which is a new thing to me.
Waiting for your birthday is going to be a killer!
