As per the title really. I don't know much about watches and wanted to find out for a friend of mine. I know the watch only came out recently after production was ceased for a while. (I might be wrong). What I wanted to know, is the watch a limited edition and furthermore are some colours more sought after than others and if so why. Is this watch more collectable than other modern rolexes?

Apologies if this is a basic question to ask.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you for very informative post.

I'm guessing that in the future all versions of the watch will be worth similar amounts then? Even though the green version seems to command a considerable preminium at the moment. I've never seen a milgauss in the flesh though I see every other rolex on a regular basis so was wondering if there was a reason for this. Hence why I wrongly assumed it was a limited edition watch.
