Watch service / clean

Hi gents

I was wondering if you could recommend someone to service / clean and put a new strap on an old watch I have. It's a Record de luxe - I can appreciate it's not the most expensive watch you are likely to come across but my dad gave it to me and I would like to wear it every now and again.
