Herts Auto Show 20th May

Hi All,

Don't forget the Herts Auto Show is taking place on 20th May at Stanborough Park, Stanbourough Road, Welwyn Garden City AL8 6DQ

It's a great day out and benefits charity so come along. There is a wonderful mix of vehicles attending every year ranging from Ultima's to Tuk-Tuk's via clkassics, hot rods and Yanks.

You can enter pretty much anything with an engine - it doesn't have to be show car standard. It would be nice to see a few more PHers displaying.

If you're walking about, I'll be there with the VXR8 so come and say 'Hi'.

I must say I was quite surprised that there were no comments on this post. A top day out was had by all that attended and the show was even bigger than last year. There really was something for everyone. Even driving from just round the corner to the event was fun - lanes in both directions solid with the most fantastic mix of cars from several decades. There appeared to be so many cars that even outside the fence was well worth a look - I just don't think there was enough room to display everything that turned up.

Hopefully a lot of money was raised for charity. Here are just a few of the cars that attended...

More than likely me - where was it, in the town centre? Surprised I missed a red Monaro (assuming you were driving that). Were you on foot at the time?
Welwyn Gdn. has also got Topcat6.0 with his black S/C Monaro about a mile up the road from me.
Do come along next year, great day out - there was a black Monaro at last years show. I'm trying to maintain the small Aussie presence...

Hmm interesting, never seen another black VXR8 (or any VXR8 for that matter) around town?
