Anybody fancy getting together to kick tyres and grab a bite to eat?
I was think of Ampthill sort of way as that's (I think) roughly in the middle of Herts, Beds & Bucks area (but happy to be told I failed the colouring in course at school).
I also don't know of any good pubs with good car parks around there.
Weekend in mid May? Sunday 11th? Sunday 18th?

It's a bit further from the M1 that Ampthill, buth I know it's a nice pub in a nice village with parking there and over the road from there too

I need to know if they are eating yes - This place is good and reasonably cheap too so gets booked up pretty fast.
With the weather the way it is I expect it'll bring other yokels out too; it's next to Shuttleworth Hall and a chocolate box village.
I will (try to) book for all down as a yes/most likely who haven't said they don't want to eat tomorrow evening.

Be there for 1 (Sunday 18th)
It's a gastro pub type place, but the meals are normal pub grub prices - the steak and winter game dishes are a bit expensive, but really good.
