Looks rather close to say the least! Aircraft has come to a rest at a 45 degree angle nose down.

I suspect there is going to be quite a bit of damage to airframe. No injuries reported which is good.

Loads of runway left so something strange happened looked like it started to turn left with about 600ft remaining. I wonder if they landed long and then got on the brakes a bit hard rather than going round and managed to get a tank slapper going.

As for the person suggesting a 'tankslapper' - I can't see how that's possible.
Oh really...

I am pretty sure its company specific and each company has their own rules and SOP.
I did note from the photos there was only one slide deployed (over wing) which makes me think they sent everyone out that one exit and the rear most doors were probably opened later.

From the videos the slides were deployed at the rear so they must have removed them quite quickly after the incident.

Pilots initial report says right hand engine increased power causing them to turn left... I think one of the pilots on PPRUNE suspected some kind of mishandling of the engines when the reversers were stowed....

I thought the right side gear is ripped off!!

Its tucked under the flaps and is a long way from where it needs to be.

Could be, although they would be operating outside of SoP and I suspect if that was in the UK the AIB would take a dim view of that.

The right gear is gone and some pretty serious damage to the right wing, looks like a write off to me tbh. I suspect the gear on the left and nose has done all kinds of bad things to its mounting points. Both engines toast. Not that I am an expert.
