It appears the original thread on this has been removed. I have been following for some time a guy called Mike Chillit on Twitter who has been doing some work on trying to identify where the aircraft is.
It appears it has potentially been found. An Ocean Infinity seabed mapping vessel has been scanning the seabed and he appears to have details of exactly where they are mapping. See his tweets one of which is here https://twitter.com/mikechillit/status/13951258219...
