Biltong

Anyone know much about biltong?

I got some from a fair in Wales a year or so back, was amazing. Dry sort of stuff, chewy, tough, really spicy and tasty. However all i see in the shops is the soft gummy stuff with little taste.

Any online sellers worth using?

For reference... how much is 250g of biltong? Doesn't sound very much.
