I'm trying to be 'good' with my eating and have started parkrunning recently but I'm hitting a snag.

When I get my morning break in work, I absolutely love a packet of crisps, a bar of chocolate and a tin of Diet Coke.

Now, I know these aren't the best things I could be eating but I'm having difficulties shaking the habit.

I've tried an apple or an orange instead but it just doesn't cut it.

Does anyone have any idea of what I can replace this with?

Cooking facilities are very limited in work so it would have to be prepacked.

Wouldn't be a fan of opening a lunchbox that's had a boiled egg in it for a few hours.

I'm guessing it's mainly cravings but I'll give dried fruit and nuts a go, thanks.

Any ideas for a drink that not full of sugar?

Cheers for the suggestions. I do drink a lot of water in work, it helps my throat while I'm talking on the phone all day.

I might buy a bottle of sugar free cordial to spice up break and lunches.

Cheers again for all the advice. I had decided to buy stuff on the way into work but I slept in a bit so had about 2 minutes to shop. Ended up grabbing a pack of Ryvita black pepper slices. rolleyes

Ah come on.... this deserved more credit!
I tired the "rename all food to make it sound healthy" diet, it didn't work.

Eastern Mediterranean Flatbread = Doner Kebab.
