Not the most epicurean of questions for the PH gastronauts I know, but working late tonight means I CBA to prepare my own so I have got a frozen Cook lasagne for 4 for supper. But Mrs is going out so there will now only be two of us eating it.

Can I freeze the leftovers, or will we have to scarf them over the weekend? No great hardship if we do, but then a portion on the freezer would handy too.

Cheers,

yes I did think about cutting it in half but I don't have a catering-standard chainsaw to hand and I think it would be easier and quicker just to make my own lasagne;)

Grinder with a 1mm cutting disc.
I recommend makita 18v cordless but I expect others will recommend different makes.
Clingfilm the grinder body first though, obvs! hehe
Nothing like the piquant tang of silicon carbide.
