In our infinite wisdom, what was to be a small get together with friends for the start of the Platinum weekend has turned in to a BBQ for about 35 adults. No kids.
I have a Weber kettle and a gas 4 burner, so the plan is to cook on the kettle and keep warm in the gas.

Where would you recommend getting meat for this many, the nearest Costco is 30 miles away in Leeds so not the end of the world to go and buy, but a bit far to pop in and see what they have in the fridges this time of year given their website doesn;t show all fresh produce.
Do you think I should commit to Costco being the right place to source everything and just hope they have everything I want when I turn up, or should I go with a local meat supplier?
Nothing too extravagent, Jumbo sausages (or really tasty short ones), burgers, drumsticks, chicken skewers?
If it had been <10 people I would have done the shopping at M&S as their Best Ever burgers and Parmesan / truffle sausages are just lovely. But with it being so many and not winning Euromillions last week the budget has been tightened a little.

For comparison, the local wholesalers offer 8x 6oz burgers and 1.2kg of jumbo sausages for £9 each amongst other things. Buy 10 packs and two are free.

Lots of great ideas here, thanks. I have ordered a load of sausages, burgers and chicken kebabs now from a local meat supplier. Will get some kind of pulled pork on the go the day before too I think.
I was also considering getting the pizza oven out for anyone that is still standing when it gets dark, but I honestly think I'll be sick to the back teeth of cooking by then! (and hopefully quite merry)
