What’s your ‘best’ sandwich?

For me, I have very fond memories of Pan Bagnat in Nice, and Jamon Beurre in Paris.

Give me some suggestions? I’d love to replicate a Pan Bagnat here, but a) wife hates tuna and b) looks like it would cost a fortune to make if not doing so in bulk.

OP here, and I agree, I posted this on another thread a few days ago - twice fried home made chips, proper butter, chav bread (with S&V).
