Wensleydale Cheese

As part of a cheeseboard selection accompanied by grapes etc., nice. On it's own it's a bit like having Häagen-Dazs at room temp!

Wensleydale on oatmeal crackers, yum. How/with what else can you eat Wensleydale?

Has to be crumbly though, I've found it hard to get good stuff since the supermarkets moved to selling everything in pre-packs.

Just had some crumbly... you get a nice cut through the slice, but the edges just fall away.
