Cheese again !

I did find a 6 month old thread (very nice it was too) but I have recently become addicted to finding lovely cheeses and need some more to add to my shopping list. Last week on top of some lovely cheddars I bought Comte, St Agur, Ossau Iraty, Mahon and some Reblochon De Savoie. All very nice and from Waitrose but there must be more hidden gems readily available.
Please help I need a cheese fix.

Not overly keen on the runny cheeses. I prefer the harder ones but I'm willing to give it a try although it seems I will need a gas mask and spoon!

Some great tips guys. Glad to see some other cheese enthusiasts. Now just need some wine tips to go with them.!!!!
