Listening to a very talented funk band at the moment They seem to be a bit of a collective and the main guys are in two bands.

Vulfpeck (ignore the fact they look like IT geeks!)...

...good vocals on this one...

...this is pretty cool, starts as a practice session then cuts to them live...

Fearless flyers...who seem to be going for a cooler look smile

I’m on it.
I’ve been a fan of Vulfpeck for a few years.
Seeing them at Brixton next month for some minimalist funk!
Originally started out in 2012 as the quartet and gradually added in when needed. Jack Stratton is the leader and runs the Fearless flyers project too.

Pamplemoose / Scary Pockets is very good, Jack Conte (keys/arranger) is also the CEO of Patreon. Some of their tunes feature Jack Stratton and Theo Katzmann.

Fearless flyers has Mark Letteri from Snarky Puppy in Cory Wong plus Joe Dart on bass and with Nate Smith on drums a lethal combination!

What day? I managed to get tickets for the 4th when they came out. They then added the extra day.
Should be a good gig!
5th. 4th is sold out, but 5th suits me better anyway.
