Our Jeep has road tyres fitted that will need replacing soon.

I was thinking of fitting all-terrains, to help with green-laning and the odd snow fall.

What are the downsides, if any? How much impact do ATs have on noise, wear and mpg when driving on tarmac?

Thanks for the info.

What's the difference between the General AT and AT2?

The AT is the replacement for the AT2.
That's confusing!

I bought a spare set of 16" wheels off ebay and I'm going to fit them with General Grabber AT2s.
