Some of these tyres come in quite competitively priced in 20". I've used the GG AT2 before and thought they were fine in all conditions and long lasting. Does anyone know if the newer AT 3 is any good or is it too early days yet?

Thanks.

Thanks for your replies everyone. I have about 4 weeks to make my mind up, I'm also quite taken with the Yokohama Geolandar GO15 A/T, though they are a little more expensive

The GG AT3 is the current favorite for 19/20s for Discovery 3 owners. Don't think I have ever heard anyone even mention that Yokohama tyre. The only comment I have on the Yokos, is my my wife's C-Max has Yokos fitted and the fronts are currently on 30k and still look to have a few thousand miles left.
The Yokohamas I had on my D3 were excellent, as good as the previous GGs - possibly quieter. However Yokohamas are available in a slightly larger 32.5", the GG and Toyos only 32". As far as my searches have revealed anyway.

Thanks for your input everyone. I have purchased x4 Yokohamas as mentioned (Tyreleader £734). The Toyos and GGs were not available in the size (265/60/20) I decided I wanted for my little project. I have also purchased a set of Johnson Rods for a gentle 2" lift to my L322 RR. I'll post some pics when It's all completed.

Tyres have arrived. 1.3" increase in sidewall will make a difference to ride quality I'm hoping.
