Not quite off road but possibly the best place to get some opinions.

I own a Renault Trafic which is my work van. It needs new boots and i'm after something more suited to the terrain the van often ends up on. I fix caravans and motorhomes for a living in North Wales and as such the van spends most its time on rural roads and a lot of single track lanes I also spend a lot of time on wet and muddy fields which can be challenging to get off at times (always have to plan how to park on arrival!)

Anyhow the current summer tyres fitted to the van are rubbish! Tyre size is 205/65 R16C. Currently thinking that some all season tyres like the Michelin Agilis Crossclimate are my best bet. Has anyone got any other suggestions which may be better?

Thanks!

Ok so to follow on from the original post. I ended up going with the Agilis Crossclimate's and so far i'm very impressed, had them on the van for a week and just over 450 miles on mainly twisty A roads and single track lanes, we've had some pretty minging weather up here and they have had excellent grip on the roads and seem to be quieter than the old Landsail summer tyres which came off. I've been on one or two seriously wet fields so far and no issues to report, the old tyres would have needed traction mats to get going on Thursday afternoon but not a problem with these.

Happy and impressed so far, will report back in another month or two..
