Good cheap bodyshop?

I know that there's is rarely such a thing, but the Mrs Hitch's colleague has reveresed into something hard this morning. Doesn't want to go through her insurance so is looking for a decent, cheap bodyshop to put her car right.

Car is nothing special; some Kia or other.

Anyone got any names I can pass on to her?

Was she in for an inspection, a service or for some filler for her bodywork chilli?
