ARDS test medical over 45

I am about to sit my ARDS test and being over 45 realise the medical is a little more onerous
Having failed so far to find the answer 'googling' thought I would pose the question here
For the National B Race Licence would I require to have an ECG test, if so is that just the '12 lead test' or also the Stress ECG test, I can only find the latter mentioned for an Intewrnational Licence so think that is probably not required.
I will clarify from the MSA tomorrow but thought I ask here first
