Hi, trying to gather a little more info around the type-r trophy and civic cup.
The type-r trophy by 750mc seems a little lower cost but not quite as well supported as the civic cup- similar parts.
Anyone on here compete in either and can give me a little more info about the experience?

Great, cheers both for replies- very helpful indeed.

I compete in enduroka at the moment and after competing in another series. My budget is ok, but like many not limitless, the trophy seems to have shade lower costs and like you say a little more friendly racing albeit competitive. Clearly mistakes and contact happens but don’t want to nor can I afford to be constantly repairing.

Will try and watch a bit more of each.

The Type R Trophy looks a great series in the making. I know a few people involved with it and they are a good bunch.

It was good to see them at Brands Hatch a few weeks ago and how close they all were, which makes for good racing.

One of the series organisers has offered me a go in one of the cars, I really must take him up on it!
Do! And let me know how it goes!
