PH Umbrella

I bought an umbrella at the PH SS at Silverstone and only unwrapped it for the first time today, unfortunately the handle hasn't been attached properly during manufacture.

Can you let me know how I can go about getting a replacement?

Thanks Ben, it didn't come in a cardboard tube and I can't really be bothered to go out and buy one for the sake of returning a £20 umbrella.

I can't make the Sunday Service in Wales but will happily bring it along for a swap at the next SS if someone from the team will still honour the exchange?

I've managed to miss a couple of SS' recently, I don't suppose you'll have some brollies to exchange mine for at Bruntingthorpe on Sunday?
